CHEM 419 - Senior Research I

Credit Hours: 3

An independent research course. Under the direction of a faculty advisor, this course introduces a research topic of the student’s choosing. Students will develop and present a research proposal and plan in the form of a seminar to the chemistry majors and faculty. After revision and approval of the research plan, students will then be directed to conduct the research project. This course satisfies the ROTC fulfillment requirement.

Requirements/Required: Required of all B.S. Chemistry majors; elective to others with permission of the instructor.
