HESS 506 - Applied Physiology of Exercise

Study of effects of exercise upon various comp1nts of physical fitness. Analysis and interpretation of research in areas of cardiovascular-pulmonary adjustment, metabolic requirement, and heat regulation during exercise are emphasized.
