EXSC 200 - Motor Devel and Learning

Instruction will focus on the study of sequential changes and characteristics of physical growth and development related to physical activity across the lifespan. Consideration of factors associated with individual differences in attaining motor proficiency during childhood, adolescence, and adulthood will be examined.
