Characteristics of solid-state devices, theory and design of low-frequency amplifiers, transistor biasing and stabilization, design of multistage and feedback amplifiers utilizing bipolar and MOS devices.
Required of electrical and computer engineering majors. Lecture: 3 hours Prerequisites: Prerequisites: Electric Circuit Analysis II (ELEC 202 ), Electrical Laboratory (ELEC 204 ); Corequisites: Co-requisite: Electronics Laboratory (ELEC 313 ).
