ELEC 635 - Advanced Signal Processing Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisites: Graduate status or permission from instructor, and undergraduate courses in signals and systems, and probability and statistics for engineers. An introduction to the analysis and design of adaptive systems with applications in the areas of communications, signal processing, and control. Topics include random signal models; theory of adaptation and performance measures; LMS and RLS algorithms; optimal filtering; adaptive equalization; interference cancellation; signal prediction; and system identification.
