CHEM 420 - Senior Research II

Prerequisites: CHEM 419
A Senior Capstone Course. B.S. Chemistry majors must design and complete an original research project and present their findings in the form of a written thesis accompanied by a senior research seminar. B.A. chemistry majors may choose the same option or they may perform an approved written literature research review. Both the B.S. and B.A. chemistry majors present their research findings to the department’s majors and faculty in the form of a seminar and defend the thesis before a committee of faculty members from the Chemistry Department. This course satisfies the ROTC fulfillment requirement.
