Mission

The mission of the Department of Health and Human Performance (HAHP) is to provide an exemplary educational environment and experiences leading to the acquisition of skills, knowledge, and attitudes within the domains of human movement and healthful living. The program offers basic instruction in adult and lifetime physical fitness, healthful living, physical activities, and recreational sports of immediate and lasting value to each student.

Degree Options within Health and Human Performance
