Citadel Air Force ROTC courses feature a wide variety of instruction and training opportunities. During freshman and sophomore year, the curriculum provides students with an overview of The Department of the Air Force’s mission, characteristics, and organization of the United States Air Force and United States Space Force. These courses also introduce basic team building and leadership skills.

During junior and senior year, the Air Force ROTC program instruction focuses on in-depth leadership and communication skills, global studies, and preparation for entry into active-duty.
