CRMJ 422 - Criminal Justice Capstone

Credit Hours: 3

This course will provide students an opportunity to demonstrate their ability to synthesize and integrate subject matter relating to criminal justice while exhibiting the three key learning outcomes that have been developed through the general education curriculum. Students will participate in multiple high-impact practices - to include, but not limited to, completing a literature review, a research proposal, and a final presentation. At the end of this course, students will produce an original work that showcases their mastery of written communication, research literacy, inquiry and analysis, and critical thinking.

Requirements/Required: Students must be junior- or senior-level Criminal Justice majors to take this class.
