MGMT 303 - Organizational Behavior Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisites: MGMT 301 - Principles of Management Study the fundamental concepts of management and organizational behavior through concepts such as human behavior, attitudes, and performance in organizations, and on the development of positive interpersonal relations. Examine the managerial roles of leader and decisionmaker necessary for effective planning, organizing, influencing, and control of the organization. Explore the dynamics and links among individuals, groups, and the national and international environment are analyzed to highlight the determinants of organizational effectiveness.
