ASTR 105 - Foundations of Astronomy: The Solar System

Prerequisites: No prerequisites
Corequisite: ASTR 155 

The scientific and historical development of Astronomy, concentrating on the study of the Solar System Topics include our place in the Universe, the history of Astronomy, the Earth-Sun-Moon system, Solar System formation, and a scientific description of planets, asteroids and comets.
