AERO 201 - Team and Leadership Fundamentals

Team and Leadership Fundamentals provides a fundamental understanding of both leadership and team building. The lessons and course flow are designed to prepare students for field training and leadership positions in the detachment. Classes on self-awareness, listening, followership, team building, and initiative will aid students in preparation for their field training experience. Communication skills are further developed through oral and written presentations. Registration for AERO 450 (Leadership Laboratory) is mandatory for cadets pursuing an Air Force or Space Force contract and compliments this course by providing cadets with followership & initial leadership experiences.
