Prerequisites:CHEM 103 and CHEM 113 or CHEM 151 and CHEM 161 Among the topics to be covered will be the relationship of chemistry to the environment, to the human body, to energy production, and to product manufacturing. Emphasis will be placed on making students more informed consumers as they choose and use everyday products.
