NURS 461 - Community and Population Health Clinical

Credit Hours: 2

Prerequisites: NURS 405 , NURS 415  
Corequisite: NURS 451  

Implementation of evidence-based community and population health nursing practice in health promotion, maintenance, and restoration in individuals across the life-span. Students will participate in activities that will assist them in developing a new understanding of health disparities, healthcare barriers of vulnerable populations and how to overcome them.
